Delivery options:

Please note, as from 11:30am 24/02/15, Royal Mail Standard delivery will now be £2.00 

ROYAL MAIL Tracked £2.00 - Expected delivery 3-5 working days 

ROYAL MAIL Tracked Next day £6.95 - Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered up until 1pm the following day. Next day orders placed on a Friday before 3pm, can’t be guaranteed for delivery until the following Monday.

If placed after 3pm or over the weekend, delivery will be on the second working day.

Please note, we are unable to process any orders over weekends and bank holidays. They will be processed on the next working day.

Expected delivery time can be up to 10 working days.

Free delivery offer is excluded outside the UK.
You will be contacted via telephone or email by a member of LW’s team, for any additional costs incurred, for example due to the size and weight of your order and or certain areas/postcodes.  

*Liquids over 1 litre will need to be sent by courier and may cost more to ship 

 

If your order is incorrect or faulty, Please email customerservices@laurensway.com, we will try to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please note, in certain circumstances we may ask for images of the product and/or for the item to be returned.

Please note- during busy periods, items can take up to 3-5 working days to be despatched

 

CHRISTMAS 2015 DELIVERY DATES

For International deliveries to Europe, please order by 12th of December to get parcels in time for Christmas.

For Rest of the World orders must be placed before 5th of December to get it on time for Christmas. 

For All National orders last posting dates in time for Christmas:

3-5 days service: please order by 20th December 2015 to receive in time for Christmas, orders placed after will be delivered on or after 4th of January 2016.

Next day delivery service: please order by 22nd December to receive items in time for Christmas, orders placed after will be delivered on the 29th of December 2015

To avoid disappointment, please order earlier to ensure you receive your order by the expected date. Due to the busy period, Royal Mail can experience delays that are out of our 

 

 

NEW YEAR 2015 DELIVERY DATES

3-5 day service: Please order by 22nd December to receive in time for New Year’s Eve, orders placed after this date will be delivered in the New Year 2016.

Next day delivery service: Please order by 29th December to receive in time for New Year’s Eve, orders placed after this date will be delivered in the New Year 2016.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are more than happy for the goods to be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. We offer a 14-day returns policy on the basis the following conditions have been met:

HAIR EXTENSIONS

The hair extensions have not been worn, tampered with, coloured or removed from the packaging, for hygiene reasons.

The hair extensions have not been removed from the cable tie and elastic bands. If the hair has been removed and pulled back through the cable tie, this will cause damage to the hair therefore a return will not be accepted.

DREAM ROLLERS AND HAIR BUNS (BIG AND BIGGER SIZES)

For hygiene reasons we can only offer refunds on Dream Rollers and Big Buns that have not been worn or tampered with or removed from the packaging.

TANNING PRODUCTS, FALSE LASHES and PUMP & POUT

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty - this does not affect your statutory rights.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so ensure it’s packed up securely and will not be damaged in transit, we would recommend returning the item by recorded delivery. Please note we are unable to refund postage charges. A refund can take up to two weeks during busy periods. And the full refund amount will be the full product price at the time of purchase.
