Terms and Conditions of Use For www.laurensway.com
Please ensure you have carefully read and agree to these terms and conditions before you place an order. You should understand that by placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions detailed below.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of England & Wales.
General - (A)

Your contract for purchases made through this web site lies with Lauren’s Way Ltd.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Lauren’s Way Ltd unless and until Lauren’s Way Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming and that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered.
You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it for your own records, as this is your proof of purchase, we hold no responsibility for storing your order details in our database.
As soon as we accept your order, you will automatically receive an email to state that your order has been shipped. This means the order has either been shipped there and then or has been scanned to ship in the next 24 hours.
We check the orders one final time before they are out of the door. If there are any problems with the orders, a member of the team will contact you and let you know as soon as they can. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns Policy for information on shipping to your area.
Lauren’s Way Ltd will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party, and will be used only on secure servers at the time of payment.
You undertake that all details you provide to Lauren’s Way Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Lauren’s Way Ltd as soon as possible, however, if your order has already been picked or packed in our warehouse we cannot guarantee to update your order prior to shipping.
In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until we have been completed our enquiries. We deem items to be 'lost' if you have not received them after 15 working days of them being sent. Our enquiries can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.
PRODUCTS
Terms and Conditions for selling on eBay, Amazon and other bidding sites;
Lauren’s Way products must not be sold alongside any other brands. We do not permit complimentary/free items to be advertised with any of our products.
If the recommend retail price is lower than suggested, we may decide it is in the Companies and our Stockists best interests to cease supplying goods to you with immediate effect.

The images of the Products and packaging on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. The Products including the packaging you receive may vary slightly from those images.
All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is available and we will not process your order if the Product is unavailable.
Liability - (B)
Lauren’s Way Ltd have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this Web site, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this Web site, and so therefore cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. Lauren’s Way Ltd does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. Lauren’s Way Ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
Lauren’s Way Ltd, do not accept liability for: - a) losses that were not fore-see able to both parties when the contract was made. b) losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Lauren’s Way Ltd. c) business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid debit/credit card details to place an order. Lauren’s Way Ltd tracks each order placed on www.laurensway.com to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website. Every order is checked with the card issuer to ensure the details you have supplied match with those on the card issuer's database. I.e. Name or address, postcode, major fluctuations in spending patterns etc... All fraudulent activities are followed up fully unlike other ecommerce sites, and have an individual fraud department that liaises with the police/fraud squad on a daily basis.
Please note; If any other name or address other than the name or address registered to the Credit/Debit Card is used when paying, the goods will not be shipped for Our and your (the customers) protection. You agree to understand that the funds will be held by either Lauren’s Way Ltd or the supplying bank until the error is corrected by you (the customer) and us (Lauren’s Way Ltd). Lauren’s Way Ltd will e-mail you within 36 hours to inform you that re-payment or confirmation of identification is required before dispatch of the goods

If you feel you have any cause to complain, contact us via one of the following methods. We will respond to all queries and complaints within 7 working days. Promotions that you may see in retailers do not apply to laurensway.com and vice versa.

- The promotions offered are only available online at www.laurensway.com. Such promotional discounts are not valid for use as part of a purchase in Laurens Way Stockists or Salons.
- Items must be purchased in one transaction and any promotions will be either applied at checkout or with a specified code advertised at time of promotion and not applicable with gift certificates.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
- This offer is valid against items specified in promotion only.

- Any refunds will take into account the discount.
