MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED?

For standard delivery, if you haven’t received your item within 5 working days, please email customerservices@laurensway.com or call customer services on 0800 970 6577 and we will investigate further.

International

Delivery can take up to 10 working days. Please note, there may be delays due to customs. We cannot treat a package as ‘Lost’ until 20 working days from the date of dispatch.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Depending on which delivery option selected:

Free shipping option is a 3-5 working day delivery service.

Standard tracked service is 3-5 working day delivery.

Next day orders placed before the cut off time of 3pm will be delivered the following working day before 5pm. Please see our Shipping and Returns policy for more details.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIEVERED?

The delivery company may leave parcels either with a neighbour or ‘safe place’, or will be taken back to your local delivery office. A ‘while you were out card’ should be left explaining where the parcel is being kept.

If taken back to the delivery office, parcels will be held for up to 18 calendar days before being returned to us. Different rules apply for next day items.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Once we have received the item, it may take up to 14 days to process a refund.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I HAVE RECIEVED IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY?

Please email customerservices@laurensway.com, we will try to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please note, in certain circumstances we may ask for images of the product and/or for the item to be returned./p>

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT TO ENTER MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes after the order has been placed. All promotional codes need to be entered at the time of placing your order.
