Essex Angels Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS: Full and final payments must be made no later than 14 working days before the date of your booking. If you wish to pay this earlier please call the office on 0800 970 6577. All payments must be made with a debit/credit card.

PURCHASING LAUREN’S WAY PRODUCTS ON THE DAY: A Lauren’s Way products pricelist has been sent to you; please ensure all of your party members view the price list prior to the booking. The Angels will have a selection of retail products with them, to sell if anybody wishes to make a purchase on the day of the booking. We can only accept cash payment on the day. If you would like to buy something but have it delivered to your home address, then please fill out an Order Form (Ask one of the Angels for this) and make your payment in cash. We will not charge delivery for sending the product to your home address.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES & EXTRA SERVICES: Once the booking is confirmed we will forward you an email with the booking information Please send this email onto the other members of the group, to ensure all parties consent to the information we hold regarding the services each individual requires. Should anyone wish to add services they can contact us directly prior to the booking or of course communicate your requirements to the Essex Angels Team Leader, on the day and she can confirm if the extra services are feasible. We cannot guarantee and services requested on the day.

BOOKING TIMES: Please allow an adequate amount of time for the Essex Angels to carry out their services. Hair and Make Up services can take up to 45 minutes each, on the basis of one Essex Angel and one client. At the time of booking please ensure you clearly state what time you need to be ready for and we will gladly assist in ensuring you are ready for that time. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused to the booking, if members of the party are not ready at their specified timeslot, or if additional services are added on the day.

PROCEDURES THROUGHOUT THE BOOKING: To ensure your experience runs smoothly and efficiently the Angels will endeavour to provide you with an appointment system, especially for larger groups. Please ensure you are showered and ready for the Essex Angels when they arrive.

PARKING CHARGES: At the time of booking your hotel, please ensure they have parking facilities available for the arrival of the Essex angels. Should parking restrictions/ rules apply it is your responsibility to notify us at the time of booking. All parking charges will be added to the balance of the booking. Should the Essex angels incur any parking charged on the day, then these will automatically be charged to the debit/ credit card used at the time of booking the Essex Angels Pamper Party. A receipt will then be forwarded onto yourself.

CANCELLATIONS: 50% booking deposits are non refundable. If you wish to cancel your booking prior to paying the balance you will simply lose the initial 50% deposit paid at time of booking.

The payment of the remaining balance is required no later than 14 days prior to your booking date.

If you wish to cancel your booking after full payment has been made, we will refund 50% only on the condition we are notified in writing 10 days prior to the booking date. Cancellations of bookings with 10 days or less notice from the agreed booking date will not be given a refund.

CANCELLATION BY LW (ESSEX ANGELS): Lauren’s Way reserves the right to postpone or cancel a Booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Lauren’s Way. Should this happen, you will be notified immediately and honoured a full refund.

MAKE UP AND HAIR EQUIPMENT USED: Our Essex Angels use equipment that we believe will provide the client with the best finish for both Hair and Makeup. The majority of our Make Up is MAC Make up, and our Hair products vary, but usually Schwarzkopf. However our Essex Angels are experts in their field and may decide alternative products would be more suitable for you.
